Senior Interior Designer
Remote · Full-time

What you’ll do
  • Lead projects from concept to detailed design and handover
  • Build material palettes, mood boards, and drawing sets (RIBA stages)
  • Create distinctive design languages while preserving brand DNA
  • Collaborate with architects, CGI artists, FF&E, consultants, and clients
  • Uphold quality, clarity, and consistency across all deliverables

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Interior Design/Interior Architecture/Architecture
  • 10+ years professional experience, incl. 2–3+ years in a senior role
  • Portfolio in high-end hospitality, F&B, retail
  • Proven ownership from concept to construction (global exposure is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of interior architecture and RIBA stages
  • Proficiency: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite; ability to produce sketch renders (3ds Max, Twinmotion, Lumion, V-Ray, etc.)
  • Fluent in English and Russian
  • Organized, communicative, detail-oriented
  • Portfolio is mandatory

On-Site Interior Design Project Manager
Contract · Almaty · Mid-Jan 2026 – Dec 2026

About the role
On-site representative for our Almaty resort project, reporting to the Almaty office. You’ll ensure design intent, technical coordination, and execution quality across all ID works.

Key responsibilities
  • Main on-site point of contact for the design studio and client
  • Review/comment on RFIs, shop drawings, material submittals
  • Coordinate interior fit-out with Architects and MEP
  • Lead value engineering and equivalent material selections with the design team
  • Conduct site inspections, oversee production quality, review mock-ups
  • Inspect natural stone (samples, dry-lay) and supervise FF&E package
  • Prepare snagging reports and manage handover
  • Attend weekly progress/technical meetings; provide weekly internal reports

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Interior Design/Architecture or related field
  • 10+ years in interior & FF&E design; 5+ years in similar on-site role
  • Hospitality (resort/hotel) experience is mandatory
  • Strong technical design, project management & site supervision skills
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder communication
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Fluent in English, Russian, and Kazakh
