Ramen Lab is a contemporary Japanese ramen bar located in Almaty’s Ramstore, designed to merge Tokyo street energy with local authenticity. The project balances industrial rawness with vibrant Asian pop-culture references, creating a bold and immersive dining destination

Concrete walls, exposed ductwork, and black tiles are softened by bamboo cladding, reclaimed timber furniture, and warm accent lighting. Murals, upside-down umbrella installations, and neon signage add theatrical flair, transforming the space into both a dining room and a cultural stage

The bar area features an open kitchen, Japanese characters as décor, and authentic tableware - reinforcing the sense of culinary theater. Even restrooms become experiential through floral and mirror installations, designed for social-media impact
