The West Palm Beach Club is a 5,600 sqm beachfront destination created by our studio as part of NH Collection Dubai The Palm — one of the newest lifestyle properties on Dubai’s iconic Palm Jumeirah

Inspired by Slow Living and Mediterranean coastal architecture, the design balances serene daytime retreat with vibrant nightlife energy. Conceived as an art-led hospitality concept, the venue integrates signature pools, curated landscapes, and crafted furniture into one continuous guest experience

Organic white facades, terracotta accents, and wave-like curves echo the surrounding dunes and sea.

Lush landscaping with palms and olive trees shapes a natural oasis overlooking the Arabian Gulf.

Water becomes the central element of the design — art pools, floating dining islands, and expansive swimming zones transform the space into both a beach escape and an open-air gallery.

The 5,600 sqm masterplan includes:

  • Two signature pools with terraces and fire pits
  • A dining complex with water-immersed tables and a DJ/bar pavilion
  • 3,000 sqm of sunbeds, cabanas, and shaded lounges
  • Art installations by international artists adding cultural depth

Inside, the design embraces warm minimalism — natural stone, limewash, terrazzo, and bespoke furniture pieces create understated Mediterranean elegance.

Part of NH Collection Dubai The Palm, the project defines a new standard of beachfront luxury — blending operational functionality with timeless aesthetics

Every area was planned with hospitality flow in mind: guest circulation, BOH zoning, and F&B logistics are seamlessly integrated into the architectural layout

As part of the growing hospitality portfolio by Untitled No.16, it reflects our studio’s signature approach — connecting architecture, landscape, and brand identity into one coherent guest experience
